Discount Application

Standard Return Policy

All campaign purchases remain subject to Robosen's standard 14-day return policy.

Promotional Gift Returns

If an order that qualified for a complimentary gift is returned for a refund, the promotional gift must also be returned in its original condition. If the promotional gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.

Discounted Order Refunds

For purchases made using the 15% promotional discount, any refund will be based on the actual amount paid after the discount has been applied.
