1. Campaign Period
This campaign is valid from Augest 24, 2026 through Stemper 15, 2026 ("Campaign Period"). All promotional offers are available only while supplies last and during the Campaign Period.
2. Campaign Offers
During the Campaign Period, customers can enjoy the following exclusive Back-to-School promotions. Klarna payment options are available for all offers, subject to eligibility and Klarna’s terms and conditions.
Offer 1: Purchase the Buzz Lightyear Robot and receive:
- Up to €100 off the regular retail price — spin to unlock €30, €50, or €100 off
- One (1) Toy Story Mini Robot of your choice: Lotso, Alien, or Rex
Offer 2: Purchase the Flagship Bumblebee Auto-Converting Robot and receive:
- 25% off the regular retail price

3. Promotional Mechanics & Free Gifts
Discount Application
Applicable promotional discounts will be applied to eligible products during the Campaign Period. For the Buzz Lightyear Robot, customers must spin the promotional wheel to unlock a discount of €30, €50, or €100 off. The 25% discount on the Flagship Bumblebee Auto-Converting Robot and the 20% discount on the Toy Story Mini Robot Collector's Set will be applied automatically where applicable.
Complimentary Gifts
Customers who purchase the Buzz Lightyear Robot may receive one (1) Toy Story Mini Robot of their choice — Lotso, Alien, or Rex.
Customers who purchase the Toy Story Mini Robot Collector's Set may receive one (1) Mini Robot Base.
Complimentary gifts are available only with qualifying purchases during the Campaign Period.
Limited Availability
All complimentary gifts are available while supplies last and are subject to availability. Gift options may become unavailable during the Campaign Period. Once the applicable promotional gifts have been fully claimed, eligible purchases may continue to receive the advertised discount but will no longer qualify for the complimentary gift.
4. Returns & Refunds
Standard Return Policy
All campaign purchases remain subject to Robosen's standard 14-day return policy.
Promotional Gift Returns
If an order that qualified for a complimentary gift is returned for a refund, the promotional gift must also be returned in its original condition. If the promotional gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.
Bundle Returns
For purchases made using a promotional discount, including discounts unlocked through the promotional spin wheel, any refund will be based on the actual amount paid after the applicable discount.
5. General Terms
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discount codes, coupons, or special offers unless otherwise stated.
- Discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Free gifts cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
- Product availability may vary by region.
