Eligible discounts will be automatically applied at checkout. No promotional code is required.
Complimentary Gifts
Eligible gifts will be automatically included with qualifying orders. Customers do not need to manually add the gifts to their cart. The gifts will be shipped together with the customer’s order.
Limited Availability
Promotional gifts are available in limited quantities and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a gift is no longer available, eligible orders will continue to receive the applicable discount but will no longer qualify for that complimentary gift.
4. Returns & Refunds
Standard Return Policy
All campaign purchases remain subject to Robosen’s standard 14-day return policy.
Promotional Gift Returns
If an order that qualified for a complimentary gift is returned for a refund, the promotional gift must also be returned in its original condition. If the promotional gift is not returned, the retail value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.
Discounted Order Returns
For purchases that received a 10% individual discount or 15% bundle discount, any partial return may result in a recalculation of the promotional discount based on the products retained.
5. General Terms
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discount codes, coupons, or special offers unless otherwise stated.
- Discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Free gifts cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash.
